Help Families Sign Up for Childcare Benefits

Help families access the childcare benefits they need by guiding them through the Job and Family Services application process.

As a Navigation Guide, you'll work one-on-one with families, helping them understand the application process, gather required documentation, and successfully submit the childcare support they qualify for. This will specifically help them take advantage of summer camps and other programming for their children. 

What you'll do:

• Meet with families seeking childcare benefits assistance
• Guide applicants through the JFS childcare benefits application process
• Help clients gather and organize required documentation

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to serving diverse populations
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality

Once you sign up, someone from our organization will follow up share the next steps.
